Though she was never an officially elected political figure, as First Lady she came to exercise more power and influence within the government than anyone but her own husband. Among the poor and working class of Argentina, she wielded a charismatic influence that has few historical parallels outside of hereditary monarchy. Evita presided over the creation of the Eva Perón Foundation, a charitable foundation that built thousands of homes and schools for women and the poor, and ensured that, for the first time in Argentine history, there was no inequality in health care among citizens. Evita also presided over the creation of the Female Peronist Party, which was the first truly powerful female political party in the nation.'))

Truman was the thirty-fourth Vice President (1945) and the thirty-third President of the United States (1945–1953), succeeding to the office upon the death of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Truman\'s presidency was eventful, seeing the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the end of World War II, the Marshall Plan to rebuild Europe, the beginning of the Cold War, the desegregation of the U.S. armed forces, the formation of the United Nations, the second red scare, and most of the Korean War. According to an official Soviet source, this is the photo taken by Belyaev, which was released recently.\'</em><br><br><br>Aleksei Arkhipovich Leonov is a retired Soviet-Russian cosmonaut who, on March 18, 1965 became the first person to walk in space. Leonov was one of the 20 air force pilots selected as the first cosmonaut group in 1960. His spacewalk was originally to have taken place on the Vostok 11 mission, but this was cancelled, and the historic moment happened on the Voskhod 2 flight instead. He was outside the spacecraft around 5 meters away for nearly 12 minutes on March 18, 1965. After the 12 minute spacewalk, Leonov\'s spacesuit had inflated in the vacuum to the point where he could not reenter the airlock. He opened a valve to allow some of the suit\'s pressure to bleed off, and was barely able to get back inside the capsule. Leonov had spent some eighteen months undergoing intense weightlessness training for the mission. Aleksei Leonov was decorated twice as the Hero of the Soviet Union (March 23, 1965 and 1975). He was also awarded the Order of Lenin, Order of the Red Star, numerous medals and foreign orders. He bears the title of the Hero of Socialist Labor of Bulgaria and Hero of Vietnam.'))

 were a Swedish pop music group. They remain the most successful Swedish music act and were one of the most popular groups in the world. The group dominated charts worldwide during the mid-to-late 1970s and early 1980s, selling many hit singles and albums. Estimates of ABBA\'s total worldwide sales vary from 100 to 500 million (there seems to be no reliable source for this information) which could make them the second most successful band of all time after The Beatles. They were the first act from the European mainland to become a regular fixture in British, American and Australian charts, and their success subsequently opened the doors for many other European acts. Their lasting legacy is the legitimising of the Swedish music industry as a mainstream player. ABBA was formed around 1972 with Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad (nicknamed \'Frida\'). They became widely known after winning the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest with \'Waterloo\'. The group consisted of two couples, Björn and Agnetha along with Benny and Frida. ABBA collectively decided to take a break at the beginning of 1983. They have yet to record together again in the studio. ABBA is an acronym formed from the first letters of each group member\'s name. It is usually written ABBA but is sometimes written as a word, Abba. The first B in the logo version of the name was reversed on the band\'s promotional material from 1976 onwards.'))
